Even though I don’t really use Facebook this is still really cool news. On Friday June, 13th 2009 at exactly 12:01AM (about 1 day and 9 hours of publishing this post) users can go to: http://facebook.com/username and get a username! This will be real cool to see who gets the real good usernames. Facebook is doing this so its easier to direct friends and family and possible customers to your pages. I think I will be opening an “Insanelygreat01″ account and attempt to get that username! What do you guys plan to do/opinions? Do you care? Are you going to be like me and stay up until 12:01 to get your usernames? Right now going to to http://facebook.com/username will take you to a live countdown page that will automatically update at 12:01 Friday night/Saturday Morning.
